On Saturday April 28, 2012 over 100 members from Redeemer Lutheran Church in Atlanta, GA descended on The Ranch for a day of service and fellowship.
Redeemer has been in the fabric of Goshen Valley since the beginning. As the founding church of John & Connie Blend, the people at Redeemer began giving direction and innovation 10 years before GVBR opened its doors. Many of these key people are on the Board of Advisors today. Redeemer continues to be devoted in their financial support, prayer support and labors of love!
On Saturday GVBR got a landscaping makeover, a newly planted garden, painted fence posts and an incredible amount of other blessings. Thank you to Chick-Fil-A of Canton who provided breakfast and Bayou Barq for catering lunch! Thank you also to Fields Chapel UMC members who transformed the administration office with mops and a hose! The Ranch is always encouraged because of the Spirit brought by those who serve.
