At Goshen Therapeutic Services (GTS), we understand that life can be challenging, and finding the right support makes all the difference. Our team of expert therapists and contractors provide child, adolescent and adult counseling. We offer family counseling, substance abuse counseling and other family support services. We have comfortable therapy spaces including play therapy rooms for younger children.
Preventing Crisis and Rehabilitating Families
Goshen has grown beyond just serving foster children, now providing counseling services to families in Cherokee County and beyond. We are able to accept Medicaid, private pay, and most private insurance clients.

Plans of Safe Care
A Plan to Support You, Your Baby, and Your Family
A Plan of Safe Care (POSC) is a plan made with you, for you and your baby, when your baby has been exposed to drugs or alcohol before birth. The plan helps make sure you and your baby receive the care and support you need.
Through Goshen Therapeutic Services, Plans of Safe Care connect families with supportive services, community resources, and other providers to help promote the health, safety, and well-being of babies and their families.
