Trudy Kuester

Trudy is the Executive Director of Administration and has been a part of the Goshen team since 2008. Trudy began her partnership with Goshen volunteering with the equine program. She has a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in education and corporate fitness from the University of North Dakota. Trudy has been in leadership and management positions throughout her entire career. She is married, has one daughter with autism, and also has two very energetic dogs and a horse. Trudy has a passion for individuals with disabilities. She currently attends Browns Bridge Church where she serves faithfully in their special needs community. She also enjoys spending time at the barn, volunteering at Iron Horse Equine Therapy, and showing Arabian horses.
