Rachel Blend

Rachel is the Director of Accreditation and Grants Management. She has worked at Goshen Valley since 2010 and has been in this department since 2012. Rachel has a BA from Wheaton College, Illinois, and has over 20 years’ experience working with children and youth in various capacities. In her position, Rachel manages Goshen Valley’s Performance and Quality Improvement program, risk management, policy development, board of trustees organization, state and federal funding, and executive level initiatives. Rachel is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace through the University of South Florida MUMA College of Business and takes on special projects related to organizational growth.
