Giselle Espinal-Francis is a youth advocate with over ten years of experience in the social work field who believes that every youth is just one caring adult away from being a success story. Inspired by her personal experience as a Milton Hershey School alumna, Giselle developed a deep passion for youth development and transitional supportive services. Giselle started her journey with Goshen Valley in 2012 at the Boys Ranch. Since then, she has had the opportunity to serve in different roles, each one preparing her for her current position as Program Director of Goshen New Beginnings Independent Living Program. Giselle is known for her unique ability to connect with young people, meeting them where they are at and inspiring them to continually push the boundaries of possibilities. Giselle earned her Master of Public Administration degree from Reinhardt University and her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University. She lives in Woodstock, Georgia, with her husband and three children.
