Prior to joining Goshen Valley, Chris held leadership positions in HR, Marketing and Sales, and Operations Management over a 30+ year career in both small and large organizations including ADP, Bank One, Nationwide Insurance, and Firstar Bank. In his current role, Chris leads the administrative functions of Goshen Valley Foundation and serves as a key resource for CEO Zach Blend and the Board of Trustees. Chris is a graduate of the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University and holds the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional designation. He is also a certified administrator of Behaviors (DISC) and Motivators (12 Driving Forces) from TTI Success Insights and is certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace through the University of South Florida MUMA College of Business. Chris and his wife of 35 years, Christine, reside in Jasper, GA.
