A Night to Remember: Christmas with Goshen

The Goshen Valley family gathered for our annual Christmas with Goshen event at Rocky’s Lake Estate. The evening was nothing short of magical, as over 180 guests joined together to celebrate and support the mission of Goshen Valley.

This year’s event was truly remarkable and was the most successful year yet! The funds raised will go directly toward transforming the lives of the children and families in Goshen Valley’s care, ensuring they continue to receive the support and opportunities they deserve.

Guests enjoyed a performance by the Elite Strings String Quartet, setting the tone for a warm and festive evening. Santa himself made an appearance, delighting attendees with holiday cheer. A beautifully plated dinner was served, offering guests the opportunity to connect and celebrate the season of giving. Both the silent and live auctions were highlights of the night, featuring unique items and experiences that energized the room and inspired generous bidding. The enthusiastic participation of our guests underscored the collective commitment to Goshen Valley’s mission.

One of the most touching moments of the evening was the presentation of the Goshen Spirit Award. This honor was bestowed upon Kendrick Woods, a Goshen New Beginnings alumnus whose journey is a testament to the life-changing impact of our programs. Kendrick’s story is one of resilience, hope, and triumph, and it was an emotional moment as Giselle Espinal-Francis, Director of Goshen New Beginnings, presented him with this well-deserved recognition.

The evening also featured the premiere of the Goshen New Beginnings Alumni Video, which beautifully captured the resilience and accomplishments of our alumni, offering a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended, donated, and supported this incredible evening. Your generosity is what makes the magic of Christmas with Goshen so special and ensures that we can continue to make a difference, one life at a time.

As we reflect on last night’s event, our hearts are full, and our commitment to our mission is stronger than ever. Thank you for being part of the Goshen Valley story, and we wish you a joyful and blessed holiday season!
