Sean M. Ditzel is one of Greater Atlanta’s most visible and active family law attorneys. Together with his partners, he has owned and managed a bustling family law and probate litigation practice since 2017.
Sean has wide-ranging experience which includes representation of individuals across the socioeconomic spectrum – from the representation of prominent athletes, entertainers and executives to volunteering his time on pro bono cases through various Legal Aid organizations.
For his exemplary work in family and probate law, Sean has been repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyer in Atlanta Magazine and has been named to Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite on multiple occasions. On top of his busy practice, Sean is extremely active in leadership positions in various local and state bar organizations, volunteers extensively and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in both Superior and Probate court matters.
Sean and his wife, Dr. Robin Casey, make their home in Marietta with their children Xavier and Alexandra, their dog Max, and their cat Coco.
